It’s that time of year, BBQ Season! Try these delicious and easy to make turkey burgers on your grill. Most of the ingredients you already have, so you can make them tonight. Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Ingredients
2 oz Butter
extra Butter, melted
to taste Seasoning - Salt
to taste Seasoning - Black Pepper
1 dessert spoon Parsley, chopped
1 clove Garlic
1/2 lb Mushrooms
2 tablespoons Bread Crumbs
3 Shallots, chopped

Cooking Directions


Wash and stem the mushroom, chop stems finely. Melt butter in fry pan, add stems and saute with crushed garlic for 2 minutes.

Add salt and pepper to taste, parsley, shallots and cook gently for 1 minute.

Remove from heat, add enough bread crumbs to mix to a light stuffing. Fill mushroom caps with this mixture. Place in a shallow well greased ovenproof dish, pour 1 teaspoon melted butter or oil over each mushroom. Bake n a moderate over 10-15 minutes.
