It’s that time of year, BBQ Season! Try these delicious and easy to make turkey burgers on your grill. Most of the ingredients you already have, so you can make them tonight. Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Cook Time: 40 minutes
Ingredients
1 cup Chicken Broth
two handfulls or more Spinach, washed
4 to 8 slices Cheese - Mozzarella
2 or 3 Chicken - Breast, thawed
2 or 3 fillets Salmon - Fillet, thawed
as desired Cheese - Parmesan (Grated)
as desired Seasoning - Italian
1/4 cup Vinegar - Balsamic
1 cup Rice - Basmati, uncooked
28 ounce Tomatoes - Canned (Crushed)

Cooking Directions


Set oven to bake at 400. Grab a 9 by 13 pan. Layer the spinach leaves along the bottom of the pan.

Layer the raw rice, or use raw sliced potatoes, or raw noodles.

Next pour the chicken broth, tomato sauce, balsamic vinegar.

Next layer the chicken breast and salmon (mix and match any meat you have on hand).

Place the slices of mozzarella on top. Sprinkle italian seasoning or use whatever seasons you like. (no salt or salt to taste). sprinkle the Parmasean cheese on top.

Now cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil and bake for at least 40 or 50 minutes. When done, be careful to remove foil (watch the steam). You can add any vegetable you have on hand, too. like mushrooms or broccoli, etc.
