It’s that time of year, BBQ Season! Try these delicious and easy to make turkey burgers on your grill. Most of the ingredients you already have, so you can make them tonight. Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Ingredients
1 lb Chicken - Breast, boneless, skinless
4 Eggs, beaten
1 Onions, sliced
For Sauce - 2-3 Tablespoons Sugar - White
2 Teaspoons Soy Sauce
For Sauce - 4-6 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1/2 of 1 package (diced into 2/3 inch cubes) Tofu
2 Teaspoons Sake
For Sauce - 2 Tablespoons Sake
For Sauce - 3 Tablespoons Mirin (Japanese Sweet Wine)
6-8 Cups Cooked Rice - White
For Sauce - 2 cups Dashi

Cooking Directions


Slice Chicken diagonally into bite size pieces. Season with Sake and soy sauce and set aside.

Combine sauce ingredients in a frying pan. Heat and mix over medium heat. Add chicken and onions and cook for a minute before adding tofu. Cook gently, uncovered for about 3-4 minutes or until cooked is fully cooked.

Add half of the celery and pour beaten eggs evenly over the top of the ingredients. Cook until eggs set.

Put about 1 1/2 cups of hot rice in a warm bowl. Place 1/4 of the cooked chicken, tofu, onion and egg mixture carefully over the rice. Pour some seasoned broth over the dish and remaining celery.
