It’s that time of year, BBQ Season! Try these delicious and easy to make turkey burgers on your grill. Most of the ingredients you already have, so you can make them tonight. Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Ingredients
1 lb Chicken - Breast
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/4 teaspoon Seasoning - Garlic Powder
5 Tablespoons (divided) Cheese - Parmesan (Grated)
2 Tablespoon Sour Cream
3/4 Cup Bread Crumbs
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
3/4 Teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Seasoning - Onion Powder
1 1/4 Cup (divided) Buttermilk

Cooking Directions

Marinade:

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine 1/2 cup buttermilk and Tabasco sauce; add chicken. Seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 30 minutes.



Dipping Sauce:

In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, onion powder, garlic powder and remaining buttermilk until blended. Cover and refrigerate until serving.



Breading:

In another resealable plastic bag, combine bread crumbs and remaining Parmesan cheese. Drain and discard marinade. Add chicken to crumb mixture; seal back and shake to coat.



Bake:

Place chicken in a greased 15?¢‚Ǩ¬ùx10?¢‚Ǩ¬ùx1?¢‚Ǩ¬ù baking pan. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes or until juices run clear. Serve with dipping sauce.

Suggested to serve with a tossed green salad using the leftover dipping sauce as the dressing.
