Servings: 2
Prep Time: 5
Cook Time: 10
Ingredients
1/4 cup Olive Oil, Plus a cap full for the pasta
2 Handfulls Spinach
Some Seasoning - Salt, To taste
Dash Seasoning - Black Pepper
2 cloves Garlic, Chopped
Some Cheese - Parmesan (Grated), Optional
Dash Seasoning - Paprika
1/3 tsp Seasoning - Chili Powder
6oz. Pasta - Pasta Shells

Cooking Directions

1. Start boiling the water for your pasta (make sure to salt the water a bit).

2. In a large enough sauce pan add the olive oil over medium heat. Let it heat up for about a minute then add the garlic.

3. Saute the garlic for about half a minute, over low heat (do not let it burn), stirring occasionally then add the chili powder. Cook that for another half a minute and add the spinach.

4. Once the spinach is soft and a vibrant green remove the mixture from the heat, add salt, and let it stand. Put a touch of olive oil in your boiling water then put your pasta in the water.

5. Strain water from pasta then add the pasta to your spinach/garlic mixture and toss it well.

6. Place the pasta on plates or in bowls and sprinkle black pepper, paprika, and parmesan on top!

ENJOY!
