Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Peanut Butter Ice Cream

Servings: 1 quart
Prep Time: 15 min
Cook Time: freeze overnight
Ingredients
pinch Seasoning - Salt
1/4 c + 2 T Sugar - White
1 2/3 c Half and Half
1/8 t Vanilla Extract
1/4 c Peanut Butter

Cooking Directions


Puree the peanut butter, sugar, half-and-half, salt and vanilla in a blender or food processor until smooth.



Chill the mixture thoroughly in the refrigerator, then freeze it in your ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.



Variation: To make Peanut Butter and Jelly Ice Cream, as you remove the ice cream from the machine, layer it with 3/4 cup (240G) of your favorite jam or jelly.
