Ingredients
2 Shots Vodka
1/8 Teaspoon Seasoning - Red Pepper Flakes
1 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Cheese - Parmesan (Grated)
2 Tablespoons Ketchup
1 lbs Pasta - Penne
1 Cup Heavy Cream

Cooking Directions

In a skillet at medium heat add the vodka and red pepper flakes.

Light the vodka with a match. Be careful!

In the meantime prepare the pasta as directed.

Once the vodka burns out add the milk, heavy cream and ketchup. Simmer until it thickens, about 15 minutes.

Then add 1/4 cup Parmesan. When the pasta is cooked, strain it and add it to the cream, mix well, add the remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan and serve it hot.
