It’s that time of year, BBQ Season! Try these delicious and easy to make turkey burgers on your grill. Most of the ingredients you already have, so you can make them tonight. Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Ingredients
1/4 cup Butter
1/2 teaspoon Seasoning - Salt
1 (20 oz) can Pineapple - Canned, sliced, drained
1 Eggs
3/4 Cup Milk
1 1/3 Cup Flour - All Purpose
1 Cup Sugar - White
1 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
2/3 Cup (packed) Sugar - Brown
1/3 Cup Shortening
1 Jar Cherries - Maraschino

Cooking Directions


1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Melt margarine in 10-inch ovenproof skillet or square pan (9x9x2 inches), in oven. Sprinkle brown sugar over margarine. Arrange pineapple slices on

brown sugar. Place cherry in center of each pineapple slice (cherries with stems can be added after baking).

3. Beat remaining ingredients except electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly. Beat on high speed 3 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour over pineapple.

4. Bake skillet 45 to 50 minutes, square pan 50 to 55 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

5. Immediately turn upside down onto heat-proof plate. Let skillet or pan remain over cake a few minutes. Serve whipped cream (if desired).
