Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Pork Chops in Wine

Ingredients
to taste Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Butter
to taste Seasoning - Salt
To Taste Seasoning - Black Pepper
2 Pork - Chops
1 Bell Pepper - Orange
to taste Parsley
1 Onions
to taste Seasoning - Garlic Powder
Optional Mushrooms
To Taste Wine - White
Optional Cornstarch
To Taste Seasoning - Onion Powder

Cooking Directions


1. Preheat oven to 400.

2. Chop onions, peppers and mushrooms.

3. Coat bottom of oven ready saute pan with the olive oil and add butter.

4. Sprinkle garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper on both sides of the pork chops, to taste.

5. Place chops in hot pan and brown first side.

6. When first side is browned, flip to other side. Add onions, peppers and mushrooms.

7. When second side is almost ready, add white wine to cover the bottom of the pan.

8. Allow wine, oil and butter to reduce about a minute.

9. When second side is done, add white wine to pan, about half way up the side of the chops.

10. Place pan in oven for approximately 30 minutes.

11. Plate the chops.

12. Add cornstarch gradually to thicken sauce if desired.

13. Pour sauce with onions, peppers and mushrooms over chops. Garnish with parsley.
