It’s that time of year, BBQ Season! Try these delicious and easy to make turkey burgers on your grill. Most of the ingredients you already have, so you can make them tonight. Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Servings: 8 Cups

Ingredients
1/2 cup Butter, melted
to taste Seasoning - Salt
to taste Seasoning - Black Pepper
6 slices Bread
1 Onions, diced
2 Stalks (minced) Celery
1 Teaspoon Seasoning - Sage
6 (peeled and chopped) Potatoes
2 Cups Turkey Stock
2 Tablespoons Seasoning - Summer Savory

Cooking Directions


Place potatoes in a large saucepan with enough water to cover, and bring to a boil. Boil 15 minutes, until tender but firm. Drain and mash.

Lightly toast bread, and tear into cubes. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a medium baking dish.

In a large bowl, mix mashed potatoes, toasted bread, celery, onion, butter, turkey stock, sage, and savory. Season with salt and pepper.

Transfer potato mixture to the prepared baking dish. Bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly browned.
