Quick Tuna Casserole

Cook Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients
to taste Seasoning - Salt
to taste Seasoning - Black Pepper
1 (10 ounce can) Tuna - Canned
3/4 Cup Milk
2 cups (divided) Cheese - Cheddar
1 (12 ounce bag) Egg Noodles
1/2 Cup (chopped) Onions - White
2 (10 ounce cans) Soup - Condensed Cream of Mushroom
1 (8 ounce bag) Peas - (Frozen)

Cooking Directions


1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2. Cook the noodles following the package instructions. When noodles are done drain them as well as the tuna and mix all ingredients together except 1 cup of the cheese.

3. Transfer to a casserole dish and top it with the rest of the cheese. Put in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted or made a nice crust. Enjoy!

Very good and quick casserole... my only suggestion is a lot less onions! I used less than a half a cup and it was still too much! I threw some potato chips crumbled on top to help the crust although that didn't work as well as I'd hoped. Next time, I am going to stick with bread crumbs. The milk keeps it moist and creamy. Can never have too much cheese :) enjoy!

Kids prefer it without the peas. Good basic tuna casserole recipe.
