Raw Vegan Peanut Butter Cups

Servings 2 Prep Time 10 m Cook Time Freezer time for hardening - about a half hour


Dash Vanilla Extract
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
Pinch Seasoning - Sea Salt
2 bars Chocolate, 2 Full-Size Squares of Melted Baker's Brand Chocolate because it's dairy-free, or melt 1/2 c Chocolate Chips, or a Cocoa Powder/Agave/Coconut Oil Mix
1/2 tsp Nutritional Yeast, I use Nooch


Melt your chocolate (we do about 45 second in the microwave)

Pour 1/2 the Chocolate (save the rest for topping) into two paper muffin liners

Then create the filling:

Mix 2 tbsp peanut butter (you can use natural with no sodium added to make it healthy, and add the salt on your own)with 1/2 tsp Nooch (nutritional yeast).

Why are these called raw vegan? Raw would imply not using cooked chocolate and cooked peanut butter. You can use raw chocolate and raw almond butter to make this recipe if you want it to be raw.
