Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Ingredients
to taste Seasoning - Salt
3 Tablespoons Canola Oil
1 Teacup Rice - Basmati
1/2 Cup Noodles - Vermicelli

Cooking Directions


Wash and soak the rice for 5mts.

Heat the oil in a pan (slow fire)

Add the vermicelli and stir fry

When the vermicelli turns light brown drain the water from the rice and add to the vermicelli stir the mixture add water and salt. cook in medium fire for 10 minutes. Then reduce the fire and keep for 5mts. serve with chicken/ beef curry and a vegetable salad.
