Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Roasted Salmon with Rosemary

Ingredients
1/3 Cup Olive Oil
to taste Seasoning - Black Pepper
1 (2-3 lb) fillet Salmon - Fillet
2 Lemons, thinly sliced
1 (thinly sliced) Onions - Red
To Taste Seasoning - Sea Salt
2 Large Bunches (fresh) Seasoning - Rosemary

Cooking Directions


1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

2. Arrange half of rosemary sprigs in single layer in the center of heavy baking sheet. Arrange sliced red onion on top of the rosemary.

3. Place salmon, skin side down, on the onion. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover salmon with remaining rosemary sprigs. Arrange lemon slices over rosemary. Drizzle olive oil over. Sprinkle lemon slices with salt. NOTE: Can be prepared 8 hours ahead, covered and refrigerated.

4. Bake, uncovered, 8 to 12 minutes (salmon will be slightly opaque in thickest part). Carefully remove salmon from pan and transfer onto individual serving plates. Serve with roasted onions and lemon slices.
