Ingredients
1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
to taste Seasoning - Salt
to taste Seasoning - Black Pepper
1 Pound (mixed, thinly sliced) Mushrooms
1 Teaspoon Vinegar - Red Wine

Cooking Directions


1. Pick and choose the mushrooms you'd like to use or simply pick up a pack of mixed mushrooms. Clean and remove tough stems, then slice thinly.

2. In a large nonstick or cast-iron skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms, season with salt and pepper and cook until the mushrooms are tender and lightly browned, about 12 minutes to 13 minutes.

3. Remove them from heat and stir in vinegar.
