It’s that time of year, BBQ Season! Try these delicious and easy to make turkey burgers on your grill. Most of the ingredients you already have, so you can make them tonight. Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Seafood Orzo Salad

Ingredients
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1/2 cup Chicken Broth
to taste Seasoning - Salt
to taste Seasoning - Black Pepper
1 1/2 lbs Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 lb Scallops
2 Bell Pepper - Yellow, julienned
1 Onions - Yellow, chopped
4 cups Water
1 teaspoon Parsley, chopped
1 Bunch (chopped) Cilantro
2 Cups (Juice) Clams - Canned
1 lbs Orzo

Cooking Directions


Combine the water, claim juice, and a pinch of salt in a large pot and bring to boil. Add orzo and cook until al dente (about 12 minutes). Drain into a large bowl, retaining about 1/2 cup of the cooking liquid. As the pasta is cooking, saut?ɬ© onion in olive oil over med-high heat in a saut?ɬ© pan for 3-4 minutes.

Add peppers, cover and cook for approximately 5 minutes or until peppers are cooked but not soft. Add chicken stock and 1/2 cup of the liquid that the orzo is cooking in. Add the scallops. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Then add shrimp.

Cook for another 3-4 minutes until shrimp and scallops are cooked to your liking. Add cilantro, parsley, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine with the orzo, mix, and refrigerate.
