It’s that time of year, BBQ Season! Try these delicious and easy to make turkey burgers on your grill. Most of the ingredients you already have, so you can make them tonight. Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Ingredients
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
3/4 cups Bread Crumbs - Seasoned
3 Tablespoons Butter, softened
1/2 cup Chicken Broth
to taste Seasoning - Salt
to taste Seasoning - Black Pepper
1 (8 oz) Fillet Tuna
8 Shrimp - Jumbo/Large, cleaned and deveined
8 Scallops
1/2 cup Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Parsley, chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup white wine

Cooking Directions


1. Place alternating on each skewer, 2 shrimps, 2 scallops and two pieces of fish.

2. Brush with the oil and carefully roll in the bread crumbs.

3. In a saucepan, heat the lemon juice, chicken broth and wine.

4. Mix the flour into the softened butter, and whisk into the lemon mixture a little at a time until the desired consistency is reach.

5. Keep over low heat while you grill the seafood. Just before serving, stir in the parsley.

6. Grill the skewers over high heat, 3 minutes on each side or until done. Place on a platter, and drizzle the sauce over top. Serve hot.
