Shiitake Mushrooms on Toast

Cook Time: 5 Minutes
Ingredients
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Butter
to taste Seasoning - Salt
2 slices Bread
1/2 Lemons
1 clove Garlic
1 Cup Mushrooms - Shitake
1 Chile - Red

Cooking Directions


1. Toast 2 slices of bread

2. Meanwhile add butter and oil to a frying pan.

3. Chop garlic add to pan when butter is bubbling,

4. Chop birdseye chili and add to pan. Stir briefly and add mushrooms cook for 3-4 mins.

5. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon over mushrooms and add salt to season. Stir briefly.

6. Finally put mushrooms on the toast and enjoy!
