Servings: 8
Prep Time: 50 minutes
Cook Time: 60 minutes
Ingredients
4 cups Cheese - Mozzarella
1 pound Beef - Ground, suateed
32 oz Spaghetti Sauce
to taste Seasoning - Italian
4 cups Cheese - Cheddar
1 pkg dried Pasta - Lasagna
as much as you want Mushrooms - Canned
to coat pan Cooking Spray

Cooking Directions

Preheat oven at 350 degreese. In big skillet brown the groud beef until no pick is showing drain greese. You can add more ground beef for a thicker sauce. Add italian seasoning to your taste. Add mushrooms if you want them. Add spaghetti sauce to ground beef stir well. You don't have to boil sauce this will cook in oven. Set aside beef/sauce mixer. In a separate bowl mix your cheeses together and set aside. Take a 9 by 11 in baking dish spray with cooking spray. Make a layer of sauce mixer on the bottom of pan about 1/4 in. covering all the bottom area. Next place a single layer of dry lasagna noodles breaking some in half to fit all the way to egdes. Layer your cheese to cover noodles add more if you like it cheesy. Layer sauce mixer 1/4 in. on top of cheese. Then noodles, then cheese, then sauce. Then noodle, cheese, sauce. This is your last layer, so on top of the last sauce you just add remain cheese, or as much as you like. Cover dish with foil, shiny side of foil facing down, and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

I know you are looking at this recipe and thinking don't you have to boil the noodles first. NO you don't have to, as long as you have sauce layers the noodles will boil in the oven.
