Ingredients
2-3 Tablespoons Butter
to taste Seasoning - Salt
to taste Seasoning - Black Pepper
3 lbs Shrimp
1 Onions, chopped
to taste Seasoning - Garlic Powder
3 Pintes Sour Cream
2 Bunches (chopped) Onions - Green
2 cans Mushrooms - Canned

Cooking Directions


Separate green part of onions. Saute onions in butter until clear. Add shrimp and saute until they start to turn pink. Add mushrooms and sour cream. simmer until shrimp are fully cooked. add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Serve over rice or noodles.
