Ingredients
4 slices Bacon
2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Chicken - Breast
8 oz Package Sour Cream
1 (10.75 oz) Soup - Condensed Cream of Mushroom

Cooking Directions


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Wrap each chicken breast in 2 strips of bacon and place in a glass 9x13 inch baking dish.

3. In a small bowl, mix the sour cream and soup. Cover the chicken with the sour cream/soup mixture and bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes or until slightly brown on top. Let cool and serve on top of hot, cooked rice if desired.

I tried this recipe last night! My husband and I both enjoyed it. Our side was a baked potato and the sour cream and cream of mushroom was the perfect topping on the potato. I will definitely be making this again.

Excellent recipe! The chicken comes out moist. I sauteed some onions and mushrooms with garlic salt and pepper and added it on top of the chicken and bacon.
