Ingredients
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Butter
3/4 teaspoon Seasoning - Salt
1/4 teaspoon Seasoning - Black Pepper
4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Chicken - Breast
3 Tablespoons Lime Juice
1/4 teaspoon Seasoning - Garlic Powder
2 teaspoons Seasoning - Garlic Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Seasoning - Parsley
1/8 Teaspoon Seasoning - Paprika
1/4 Teaspoon Seasoning - Cayenne Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Seasoning - Thyme (Ground)
1/8 Teaspoon Seasoning - Onion Powder

Cooking Directions


1. In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, cayenne, paprika, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, onion powder, thyme and parsley. Sprinkle spice mixture generously on both sides of chicken breasts.

2. Heat butter and olive oil in a large heavy skillet over medium heat. Saute chicken until golden brown, about 6 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with 2 teaspoons garlic powder and lime juice. Cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently to coat evenly with sauce.

Very delicious recipe. Everyone loved it. At the end, instead of using the 2 tsp of garlic powder with the lime juice, I used 1 tsp of minced garlic with some of juice in the jar. MMMMmmmm...

WHOLE FAMILY LIKED THIS ONE INCLUDING KIDS. MIGHT BE GOOD IDEA TO MIX GARLIC WITH LIME JUICE AT END TO STOP GARLIC POWDER STICKING TOGETHER IN FRYING PAN.
