Spicy Hash Browns

Servings 4 Prep Time 15 Minutes Cook Time 30 Minutes


2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Seasoning - Paprika
3/4 Teaspoon Seasoning - Chili Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Seasoning - Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Seasoning - Red Pepper Flakes
1/8 Teaspoon Seasoning - Black Pepper
6 1/2 Cups Potatoes, Diced


1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Add potatoes and stir well to coat.
3. Place potatoes in a single layer on a cookie sheet coated with cooking spray.
4. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until browned.

Very good recipe and not too spicy. I love that it's baked and therefore a healthy alternative to traditional greasy hash browns.
