Servings: 4
Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cook Time: 1 Hour
Ingredients
4 Chicken - Thigh, Cut into bite size pieces
2 Tablespoons Seasoning - Curry Powder
1 Tablespoon Seasoning - Red Pepper Flakes
3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
4 Bay Leaf
2 Teaspoon Seasoning - Coriander
2 Tablespoons Ginger, Paste
15 Whole Peppercorn
6 Whole Cloves
1 Onions - White, Finely Chopped
1/2 (2") Stick Cinnamon, Broken into pieces
4 Pods Seasoning - Cardamom

Cooking Directions

1. Heat oil in a small pot over medium heat. Add chicken, onion, and ginger garlic paste. Season with curry powder, cinnamon stick, cardamom pods, bay leaves, cloves, red pepper flakes, black peppercorns, and coriander seeds. Cover, and simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. At this point, gravy will be runny; if you want to thicken, remove lid, and cook until liquid is reduced.
