Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Spinach Moz Quiche

Ingredients
3 ounces Cheese - Mozzarella, sliced
to taste Seasoning - Salt
to taste Seasoning - Black Pepper
1/2 Eggs
to taste Seasoning - Garlic Powder
1 1/2 tbsp Cheese - Parmesan (Grated)
1/4 package (8 ounce) Cream Cheese
1/2 package Spinach - Frozen, thawed and drained

Cooking Directions


Preheat oven to 350F

Line a quiche dish or pie pan with half the Moz cheese slices (save some for later)

Mix spinach, eggs, parm cheese, cream cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a large mixing bowl.

Spoon mixture into pan and top with remaining cheese slices.

Bake for 35 minutes.

I used a full 16 ounce package of frozen spinach thawed and 1 egg. Everyone loved it. Put foil over it if you don't want the cheese to brown on the edges
