Sweet and Sour Pork Chops (with apricot preserves)

Servings 4 Prep Time 10 minutes Cook Time 9 minutes


to taste Seasoning - Salt
to taste Seasoning - Black Pepper
4 (4 oz) Pork - Chops
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Scallions
1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
1 teaspoon Ginger
1 cup Apricot Preserves


1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Season pork chops with salt and black pepper and add to hot pan.

3. Cook pork chops 2 minutes per side, until golden brown.

4. Add apricot preserves, soy sauce and ginger and bring to a simmer. Cover partially and simmer 5 minutes, until pork is cooked through.

5. Remove from heat and stir in scallions.
