The seasoning tasted good, but it was a little dry.

This was so quick and easy. Definitely changed up the blah chicken. I used olive oil instead of butter and put all the spices, a little olive oil and the chicken in a bowl to get a good coating. This turned into one of my favorite dinners I have made in a while, with garlic brown rice and roasted green beans to round out the meal.

I substituted corn oil for the butter and lemon pepper for the onion powder, and it worked out beaut.

Absolutely delicious! 5 stars. I added chopped tomatoes to garnish as well, really good.

Cook time says 10 mins, but then it says to saute chicken 10-15 mins each side, so that's a cook time of at least 20 mins. My chicken came out dry as well, so I don't know if you're supposed to turn the heat down on burner or cook it less time or both, because chicken was overdone. Flavor was good though.

Perfect recipe for a college who's learning how to cook... Add some rice and peas, pour the remaining butter and seasoning on the rice and you're in business...

So good!

Super easy and delicious!
