Tuna Pasta Meal

Cook Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
to taste Seasoning - Salt
to taste Seasoning - Black Pepper
1 or 2 cans Tuna - Canned
2 jalapeno peppers
1 lbs penne pasta

Cooking Directions


Prep:
Cut up jalepeno peppers into small pieces

Cook:
1. Boil water for the pasta in a pot
2. In a frying pan, heat some olive oil, then add the tuna
3. Add salt and pepper to the tuna to taste
4. Add the jalapeno peppers, and lightly fry tuna with peppers
5. Meanwhile, add pasta to boiling water and cook
6. Combine everything at the end
7. Drizzle olive oil over the mix. Can be served hot or cold.

Good taste, quick and very healthy. I added some Adobo seasoning to the tuna and pasta. I think I added too much salt though, especially since the jalapeños have a lot of flavor!

Was tasty. I think I used too much pasta... but ended up adding some pesto to it which made it all the better... :)

This is really good! And pretty healthy, too. I'll definitely be making it again. I had it hot and used pepperoncinis instead of jalapenos because that's all I had. Not sure how different the jalapeno version would taste (probably not very different) but the version I made was delicious!
