It’s that time of year, BBQ Season! Try these delicious and easy to make turkey burgers on your grill. Most of the ingredients you already have, so you can make them tonight. Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Tuna Rice and Pineapple

Ingredients
to taste Seasoning - Salt
taste Seasoning - Black Pepper
1 can Tuna - Canned
1 squeeze Lemon Juice
2 oz Cheese - Cheddar (Sharp), grated
2 cups Rice - White, cooked
2 oz Cashews
1 can Pineapple - Crushed, Canned

Cooking Directions


Add tuna, lemon juice, seasoning and cheese to the pre prepared white sauce. Heat through. Fry the rice in a little butter, just long enough to heat through. Add drained pineapple and cashews. Heat for a further 5 minutes to allow the flavours to blend without burning the rice. Place tuna mix in ramikins or a casserole dish and sprinkle the rice mixture over the top and heat in oven or serve cold. (Much better hot)
