Turkey Pot Pie

Ingredients

2 (9 inch) Pie Crust (unbaked)
1 (10.75 ounce) Soup - Condensed Cream of Mushroom
1 Cup Cooked (chopped) Turkey
1 (10 ounce) Can (drained) Vegetables - Mixed
1/3 Cup Milk

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Place one pie crust in an ungreased pie dish.

2. In a medium bowl, mix the mushroom soup and milk. Stir in the turkey meat and mixed vegetables. Pour the mixture into the pie crust in the dish. Top with the other pie crust, and seal the crust edges by crimping with a wet fork.

3. Bake in the preheated oven 45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown

I made this to use up left over turkey from Thanksgiving. It was so easy and my family loved it. All I added was some garlic salt and ground black pepper. I also used more turkey than the one cup. It really only serves 4-5 people so if you have a lot of turkey you can make 2 pies with only spending a few dollars on crusts and veggies. Yummy!
