It’s that time of year, BBQ Season! Try these delicious and easy to make turkey burgers on your grill. Most of the ingredients you already have, so you can make them tonight. Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Ingredients
1/2 cup flour
to taste Seasoning - Black Pepper
to taste Seasoning - Salt
6 Veal
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1/2 lbs mushrooms, sliced
2/3 cup chopped green onions
6 tomatoes Tomatoes
6 basil leaves
1 1/2 cup marsala wine
Parmesan cheese
garnish Parsley

Cooking Directions


1. Mix flour, salt, and pepper together. Dredge cutlets well.

2. Heat olive oil in heavy skillet over medium heat.

3. Add veal, cook about 3 minutes on each side; drain.

4. Add mushrooms to skillet; saute until tender. Remove from skillet.

5. Saute green onion in 2 tablespoons oil. Stir in peeled, seeded, chopped tomatoes and basil. Cook 4 to 5 minutes until most of liquid is evaporated. Add marsala wine, simmer 8 minutes.

6. Return veal to skillet, heat thoroughly. To serve, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
