Vegan Chocolate "Turtles"

Servings 4 Turtles (feel free to mass produce) Prep Time 10 minutes Cook Time Freeze/Refrigerate for 30 min.

Ingredients

1/2 cup MELTED Milk Chocolate, 2 Full-Size Squares of Melted Baker's Brand Chocolate because it's dairy-free, or melt 1/2 c Chocolate Chips, or a Cocoa Powder/Agave/Coconut Oil Mix
1/4 cup Caramel Sauce, You can use any caramel sauce, or for a healthier version:1/4 cup agave nectar and a pinch of sea salt. Freeze.
1/3 cup Pecans, You can use walnuts or whatever you wish

Instructions

Melt chocolate (we just do a quick 30 seconds in the microwave)

Take 1/3 cup Pecans and divide into 4 piles (use wax paper for easy removal)

Pour 1/2 the chocolate over the nut piles (save the other half for the topping)

Pour "caramel sauce" of your choice over the chocolate

Pour the remaining chocolate over the "caramel sauce"

Transfer to refrigerator or freezer and harden!

This is not a vegan recipe. Milk chocolate and caramel sauce contain dairy so this is not vegan. Why bother labelling it? And substituting agave is not the same as caramel. You can make your own caramel using coconut milk/cream instead of dairy cream instead.
