Vegan Peanut Butter Banana Bread

Servings 6 (small) Prep Time 15 m Cook Time 1 hr


1 Apples, Peeled and Cored
3 Bananas
1/2 cup Sugar - White
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 cup Sugar - Brown
Dash Vanilla Extract
1 cup Peanut Butter, Can use natural unsweetened and add your own salt for healthier option
1 cup Almonds, Grind into Almond Powder
3/4 cup Oats, Grind into Oat Flour
1 tbsp Molasses, I use blackstrap molasses


Blend all the ingredients except peanut butter in a blender (Optional: reserve about 8 little Banana slices to garnish the top with)

Add peanut butter and blend again

Pour mixture into bread pan (9x5)

Optional: garnish with 8 (or your choice) slices of banana

Bake at 325 for one hour
