1/4 Carrots, chopped
1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
1/2 Eggs, beaten
1/4 Onions, chopped
1/2 tsp Vegetable Oil
1 Mushrooms, chopped
1/2 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Beans - Kidney, drained, mashed
1 tbsp (dry red) Lentils
3 tbsp Vegetable Broth
1/4 tsp Seasoning - Thyme (Ground)
1/4 cup Oats
2 1/2 cups Peanuts, ground
1/4 tsp Seasoning - Rosemary
1/4 tsp Seasoning - Mixed Spice
1 tsp Hazlenut, ground


Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat, and saute the onion 5 minutes, until tender.

Mix in carrot and mushrooms, and continue cooking 5 min.

Stir in broth, lentils, kidney beans, peanuts, hazelnuts, soy sauce, and lemon juice.

Season with thyme, rosemary, and mixed spice.

Simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in oats, cover, and simmer 20 minutes.

Preheat oven to 375F

Lightly grease a baking pan.

Stir the egg into the saucepan.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking pan and bake for 30 min until firm.
