It’s that time of year, BBQ Season! Try these delicious and easy to make turkey burgers on your grill. Most of the ingredients you already have, so you can make them tonight. Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Ingredients
1/2 lb. tomatoes Tomatoes, chopped
2 Tablespoons Butter
to taste Seasoning - Salt
to taste Seasoning - Black Pepper
2 oz Bacon, chopped
4 pieces Halibut - Fillet
1/2 Onions, chopped
1 tablespoon flour
Pinch of sugar
1/2 bayleaf
3 tablespoons white wine
3-4 peppercorns

Cooking Directions


1. Rinse and dry the fish and place it in a greased ovenproof dish.

2. Fry the onion and bacon in the butter until soft but not brown - about 5 minutes and stir in the flour.

3. Add the tomatoes, wine, seasonings and flavourings and pour over the fish.

4. Cover with foil and bake in the oven at 350 degrees F for about 20 minutes, or until the fish is tender.

Remove the bayleaf and peppercorns before serving.
