It’s that time of year, BBQ Season! Try these delicious and easy to make turkey burgers on your grill. Most of the ingredients you already have, so you can make them tonight. Easy to follow cooking directions and moist turkey burger patties will guarantee this will be a family favorite for years to come.

Ingredients
4 lbs Beef - Chuck Roast
1/2 cup Water
1 T Sugar - Brown
1 t dried Rosemary
1-2 t Cornstarch
1 envelope Soup - Onion (Dry - Packaged)
2 c Wine - Red

Cooking Directions


Place roast in crock pot and season with pepper. Mix the rest of the

ingredients together and pour over roast. Cover and cook on low 6-7

hours. Remove roast to rest on platter. Turn crock pot to high. Whisk

cornstarch into juices to thicken. This makes a wonderfully tasty juice

or over mashed potatoes

The meat was so tender when we took it out of the crockpot, it practically fell apart! It was fantastic! And the juice really did go well as a sort of gravy over the meat and mashed potatoes.
